Edward Beshara, is the Managing Partner of BesharaPA Global Migration Law Firm, based in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Beshara has been exclusively practicing U.S. Business Immigration Law and offering approvable solutions since 1983, for over 37 years. He represents corporate (foreign and U.S. based Corporations and U.S. EB-5 Regional Centers in regard to specific projects), and foreign national clients in regard to their E-2, and L-1 U.S. immigration and EB-5 goals. Mr. Beshara leads a team of qualified and experienced immigration Attorneys and EB-5 professionals (Business Plan Writer, Economist) and Securities Attorneys and EB-5 service providers. Mr. Beshara has practiced in the EB-5 area for 29 years since the EB-5 program started.

Mr. Beshara is an active member of IIUSA (Invest in the USA) which represents the EB-5 industry and serves on its New Investor Markets Committee, and Best Practices Committee, establishing standards and a code of ethics for the EB-5 industry. 

Mr. Beshara has numerous distinguished accomplishments and work. He’s past President of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) Central Florida Chapter. He’s Member of the Advisory Committee and Task Force of the Investment Migration Council (IMC) in Geneva, Switzerland. IMC oversees the credibility of Residency by Investment Programs in other countries. 

In addition, Mr. Beshara has also been involved with the Central Florida International Business Task Force, organized by the Orlando Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Beshara is author of two books, “Emigrating to the USA” and “Living in Florida”. He is also a Speaker, moderator, discussion leader on many national and global EB-5 panels over the past 35 years, and author of many EB-5 articles and referenced in many EB-5 articles. 

Blake is the Founder & CEO of Janover Ventures. He has more than 15 years of experience in real estate capital markets. Blake has overseen the underwriting and origination of billions of dollars of commercial, multifamily, and residential real estate loans and has advised on many billions of dollars more.

Blake has nearly 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur. His work experience spans multinational corporations, cross-continent logistical infrastructure management, software engineering, and he has managed hundreds of employees across multiple countries. Blake is a dad, husband, and total bookworm, geeking out on anything from technology to economics.
